Pranjala Sinha

Founder & CEO

Pranjala is an experienced and certified International career counsellor, executive coach and facilitator, helping students, parents, teachers, and institutions navigate the ever-changing world of education and career choices. She is providing research-based, structured, and scientifically-backed counselling services.

With over 22 years of experience, including 20 years as a dedicated career counsellor and coach, she has worked extensively with colleges, schools, and other educational institutions in North India, like Lucknow, Jalandhar, Kanpur etc.

She has strong credentials with multiple certifications in psychometric testing, career coaching, and life skills training. She has conducted guidance lectures, one-on-one counselling sessions for children and parents, and workshops for teachers that make a real impact.

Over the years, she has successfully guided thousands of students, trained teachers, and partnered with schools and colleges to create structured career counselling programs that drive student success.
